When is my order sent to production?
What is the average production time?
Note: Orders of 12 items or more may take additional production time.
Can I make changes to my order?
No. Once an order is placed it is automatically sent to our print on demand partners. If you receive a damaged item, please refer to the "returns and refunds" section below.
How do I know if my order was received?
After you place an order, you will receive an email from us with your order number and order details. Payment will also be reflected on the credit card or paypal account used.

Returns & Refunds
How does Visaic handle returns and refunds?
Orders are fulfilled via our print on demand partners, meaning all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply dislike the product.My item arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?

Can I send you a picture of my purchase for Instagram?
Yes! Send your picture(s) to us via social media or email. Please keep all image sizes below 500 KB - 1 MB in order to avoid Instagram compression.
