All About Your Order

When is my order sent to production?

Orders are sent to production after payment is received. If your order is received after the daily cutoff time (the point at which orders stop being processed) it will begin production the following day.

What is the average production time?

Each product in our shop has its own production time. On average, products are produced within 2-7 business days. Holidays, COVID-19 restrictions, and high volume seasons can cause production times to rise. We ask for - and appreciate - your patience during these times.

Note: Orders of 12 items or more may take additional production time.

Can I make changes to my order?

No. Once an order is placed it is automatically sent to our print on demand partners. If you receive a damaged item, please refer to the "returns and refunds" section below.

How do I know if my order was received?

After you place an order, you will receive an email from us with your order number and order details. Payment will also be reflected on the credit card or paypal account used.

Returns & Refunds

How does Visaic handle returns and refunds?

Orders are fulfilled via our print on demand partners, meaning all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply dislike the product.

My item arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?

Please contact Visaic directly via social media or email with:

1. A summary of the issue
2. Picture evidence of the damaged item

Both are required and will be submitted to the Merchant Support Team to determine if a replacement or refund is eligible or not.

Can I send you a picture of my purchase for Instagram?

Yes! Send your picture(s) to us via social media or email. Please keep all image sizes below 500 KB - 1 MB in order to avoid Instagram compression. 

If you would like us to tag your account, please include your account name and a link to your page in the message.
